Q. What do the terms "Full Moon" and "Half Moon" mean?
A. This is simply a way of referring to the size and/or contents of the gift basket. Most of our baskets are offered in two sizes, "Half Moon" and "Full Moon", so that when a particular basket catches your eye, you can find your price range more easily. A "Full Moon" size option contains one or more items than the "Half Moon" size option. The "Half Moon" size option does not mean that the basket is half the size, just that there are fewer items and the actual basket or container size may be slightly smaller.

Q. Why can't my basket/s ship the same day as ordered?
A. All baskets are made after an order has been placed to ensure freshness, unique presentation and quality inspection of each product. No assembly line production here - great care is taken with every basket to make sure that the receiver is delighted with his or her package. All orders ship within 24 business hours if placed before 12:00 noon eastern standard time.

Q. How can I track my order?
A. Once Harvest Moon Baskets receives your order, we email a confirmation of receipt. After the order has shipped, you will receive another email with UPS tracking numbers. This second email will also contain a link to track your shipped order on the UPS website.

Q. Can I order more than one basket and have them shipped to different locations?
A. At this time, the best way to ship baskets to different locations is to place the orders separately. This does not in any way change the shipping costs or expedience of your order.
